The Castle

The strong castle of Mesmin Saint in Saint Andre on Separates, is a medieval fortress of XIVe and XVe centuries with imposing a 28 meters height keep.

Cook, home seigneurial, vault, latrines replongent the visitor in the medieval daily life.

Ditches drained, vestiges of the drawbridge, archères, drain-holes, covered way on machicolation testify to the military importance of this fortress of the end of the Middle Ages.

Here a small outline of the castle before coming to see us.
